Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
- Please read all items descriptions to ensure satisfaction.
- Returns, exchanges or cancellations are not accepted, but if you ever have an issue with your light catchers, prism stickers, please contact me via email at [email protected]
- Our products, are handmade and therefore susceptible to small imperfections. Please refer to the FAQ page to learn more about polymer clay and to have a better idea on what to expect with our products.
- Please refer to our care instructions in the FAQ page to avoid damage from handling.
Shipping Policies
Order Processing
- You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order.
- Processing time is 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping
- You will get a shipping notification email when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be included.
- After the processing time it will usually take 1-5 business days approx. (doesn’t include weekends or holidays) for USPS to deliver your beautiful light catchers.
- USPS first class is used for shipping unless otherwise stated or upgraded.
- Shipping estimates do not include order processing time.
- If for some reason there has been an issue with USPS please contact them directly to create a case. Everglow is not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc.
- Please ensure the delivery details are correct as we can not cover the cost of resending orders that have been placed with an incorrect name or address.
Deliveries may be subject to delays due to a variety of factors that are out of our control. This includes, but is not limited to, COVID-19, local delivery delays, holidays, and the weather.
